Q:Do you delivery locally and ship to other XY countries?

A: Yes, currently we can only deliver your order locally within Singapore mainland. We do not offer deliveries to Sentosa or any other Islands outside of Singapore.

We currently do ship only to Malaysia on a case to case basis depending on the demand. For other international orders, we are currently working on a suitable courier and will update when the service is available.

How long does it take to get my orders delivered?

A: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

We pack and send out immediately and have your order on the way as quickly as possible, usually between 2-5 business days.

Local deliveries usually take 3-7 business days and overseas deliveries to Malaysia usually take 2-3 weeks, depending on the supplier, your location and customs controls. 

No other international deliveries services are currently available.

Please note: We do not send out items on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will always strive give our best and apologize as we can not always ensure your order is delivered on time. 

WOWSpecialStore cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruption such as the current pandemic situation. etc.

If you have ordered more than one item in a single cart, it is very likely that you will receive them bundled together.

How do I track my order?

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

A: Changes can only be made before the processing starts, after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.


Q:
When will I receive tracking information?

A: Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.

Q:
My order is still in transit after the suggested delivery time, what do I do?

A: Please note sometimes, customs clearings may cause a several weeks delay in delivery due to unforeseen reasons. Please allow another week or so for them to clear.

Is there free delivery or shipping?

A: For local delivery, the delivery or shipping price depends on the product you order and the delivery address location.

For delivery to Malaysia, please note that local duties and customs clearings may affect the final delivery / shipping price. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn about these extra fees.

Please note at times we do offer free delivery if your purchase is worth up to a certain amount. Do look out for it on our main page.

Q: What if my package is damaged upon delivery?

In the event that the delivered package is damaged, please indicate the damage on the Bill upon signing off the package with our delivery provider and you may return it on the spot. If the items are received and checked at later date, you may send it back to us within 5 business days providing us with the shipping cost receipt and we will refund the amount.
