RETURN POLICY

Q: What are the return policies?

A: We at WOWSpecialStore want our customers to enjoy a great shopping experience. Saying that, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to ensure a quality purchase.

As from our experience we know, that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations perfectly. Therefore we offer your service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us in the future.

Please note: As we are unable to send out products on our own initiative, unilateral product exchange is not possible.

Replacement is possible in case of an undelivered product due to shipment cancellations, after getting in touch with our customer support.

Our customers have the right to return the product within seven days. This term will expire on the 7th day of the day from the receipt of the shipment by the customer.

Please Note:

Do not request returns and refunds after expiry of the given term above.

Do not request returns and refunds in Facebook chat or Instagram messages, emails have always priority.

You can return a defective product or order:

  1. The received product is completely different from what has been ordered
  2. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective

In this case, the customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded for the total amount.

 
Q: What are the conditions to apply for a change or return?

  • no refund requests will be accepted after seven days for any reason,
  • return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility,
  • we'll refund the payments in the same method that the original payment has been made,
  • refund or changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee,
  • items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return,
  • after we have sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 4~10 business days to be reflected on the customer’s account statement

Please also note that WOWSpecialStore is not responsible for any return fees or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.


Q: How can I exchange or return my purchased item?

A: Kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support at enquiries@wowspecialstore.com

Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.

  1. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24~48 hours.
  2. For local customers, kindly bring the receipt and the item in its original packaging, the item should be in good condition. Please note that the delivery costs would not be refunded.
    For international customers, o
    nce you are ready to ship your return, address your package to the shipping address that is provided with your order.
  3. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
  4. We will let you know the receipt of your return in email.
  5. Once your return is processed an confirmed, please allow 3~10 days for your bank to execute the refund amount to your account.

Q: What if the item I ordered online is no longer available?

A: If the item you ordered online is no longer available, we would be glad to find the best alternative solution for you. A member of our customer service team will call you personally to suggest an alternative item or refund you for the non-available item.

Q: Is the number of products I can purchase online limited?

A: We are committed to deliver the best products and services to our customers when purchased for their own consumption, their family and their close friends. We have decided not to limit the number of items you can purchase online, however please note that big orders might be reviewed by our management as and when needed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Q: Can my order be cancelled?

A: Our company may refuse any order you place. We may limit or cancel all or parts of orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we do change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number you have submitted with the order.
