Q: How can I order?

A: Thanks for stopping by! if you are not sure how to make an order please follow the steps below:

On the page WOWSpecialStore 

1) Select your preferred category,
2) Click the product you would like to purchase,
3) Select the preferred colour, size and quantity, then click ‘BUY IT NOW’,
4) Click the ‘My cart’ button on the top of the page in the right corner, insert the discount code if you have one, then click ‘Check out’.
5) Fill in the requested information, press ‘Continue to shipping method’, select the shipping method, press ‘Continue to payment method’, select your preferred method of payment and click ‘complete order’,
6) Please make sure all information you provide is correct. We will send you an Order confirmation to your provided email address.
7) Done. Purchase completed.

Where are you based?

A: We are a Singapore based online exclusive shop. We currently ship directly from our suppliers locally and abroad to Malaysia. Shipping to other countries is based on a case to case basis subject to our courier availability.
 

Q:What is the method of payment?

At the moment, we only accept 2 methods of payment as follows:

**Note we will only start processing your orders once we have received your payment confirmation.

1. Paying with PAYNOW

We prefer Paynow as the method of payment. Please click on "Checkout". For most items you have to select the correct shipping rates based on your region of stay. For some small items, they may have default shipping rates which is more straightforward as no selection is required.

After determining the shipping rates, please click "Continue to payment", select PAYNOW and click "Complete Order". You will be redirected to Hitpay checkout site showing the QR code for you to scan and proceed with payment.

2. Paying with credit cards:

You can also checkout directly with your credit card. Please click on "Checkout" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information.

Cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted for security reasons. All payment information is confidential and secure.

Q: I made a mistake in my order, can I still change it?

A: Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake within your booking. Unfortunately once the item is shipped we cannot make any changes. 


Q: Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?

A: For now our courier services are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.You will need to provide a street address.


Q: Why does the shipping begin several days after I have placed my order?

A: After we receive your order, we conduct control checks in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3~5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday).


Q: Why does my Order arrive in different packages?

A: There are various reasons as follows:

- The products are shipped from different suppliers

- Some items are out of stock temporarily, and might be shipped at a slightly different time.


Q: Do I have to pay any extra charges?

A: For local delivery, there are no extra charges incurred as the final payment include the item price as well as the delivery price on the checkout cart.

For international delivery, in some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like custom duties or fees levied by your destination country.

Please note:

  1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information please send an email to us;
  2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;
  3. When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.


Q: I checked the tracking of my order, but it doesn’t show the current location. What happened?

A: The reason your tracking number does not show the exact location of the parcel is because the given carrier does not provide real time tracking of the shipment.
